We engaged Gavan / Connelly Builders to build a 2 storey renovation to our Victorian home during the depths of Covid lockdown in 2021, and couldn’t be happier with the experience and result.

It was our first major renovation and Gavan made the whole process very easy and (almost) stress free. The workmanship of his team and suppliers was excellent, and in addition to building, some of his suggestions on design and material selection have greatly improved the overall renovation.

We’re super happy with the result and if we ever need to do another build we’ll approach Gavan first, because the experience and outcome was excellent.
